The first week is all about gathering information.
You will complete a Metabolic Assessment to help us understand where you are today.
You will get introduced to the YOUR POTENTIAL program and tools.
Begin Your Path Forward
Each week, you’ll get a focused lesson to clarify your goals and next steps.
Your workouts will be personalized and updated weekly.
We’ll have a monthly one-on-one session to track progress and adjust your plan.
You’ll also have easy access to me through my app for support anytime.

Commitment is hard. Let's chat.
No - you will need your own equipment or access to a gym. I can modify the programming to match your environment. I work with clients who have access to a well stocked functional fitness gym, or a global gym like Planet Fitness, or limited home equipment.
I can give you a lot of great workouts with some very basic pieces of equipment (including just bodyweight).
It depends. You can workout all you want, but unless you bring the nutrition and lifestyle habits along with you, there will always be a gap in your potential.
I coach the whole client. If you want to achieve your goals, you are going to have to address Nutrition and LifeStyle.
Once you have completed my 13 Week 'YOUR POTENTIAL' protocol, you will have the habits and framework to address the Nutrition and LifeStyle details to be successful. At that point, you can switch to a different plan that is primarily focused on the workouts.
Another option is to complete my Metabolic Assessment (FREE) and have a 1:1 Consultation (FREE) to determine where your Nutrition and Lifestyle practices are. If it seems solid, we can discuss the options available that might be less expensive.
3 Months is the minimum that I will allow and is necessary to complete the 13 Week YOUR POTENTIAL program. It will take this long to see any substantial results. After your committed time, I offer a Month to Month.
The best deal will be to commit to a full year - this will save you money in the long run.
My approach is client-centered, which means open communication is key to helping me support your goals effectively. I kindly ask for a commitment of at least three months to the program, as meaningful change takes time and doesn’t happen overnight.
If, after those three months, you feel the program isn’t meeting your expectations, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
Do you do LIVE training sessions?
No, I don't do training sessions via Zoom or other LIVE meeting platforms. I DO conduct the 1:1 Monthly Connects over Zoom. If you want feedback on form, you will have the ability to upload video into CoachRx for me to review and provide feedback.
The workouts are delivered through CoachRx. You will record your results, comments and upload pictures/videos there. My response to your comments or questions are usually same day - and never more than 24 hours.
